Sway Salon stylists each have an hourly rate. The hourly rate included gratuity, so you will not be expected to tip. When you schedule a hair appointment, you will be given an estimated time it will take to provide the service. You cost will be the stylist’s rate multiplied by the number of hours needed to complete the service.

Yes. Stylist hourly rates are gratuity free. No tip is expected.

Stylists know the typical timing of their individual services. That timing is reflected on their booking page. They may virtually consult with you prior your appointment to determine if any unique circumstances exist that could affect typical timing. Timing quotes are only estimates and you will be charged is an appointment requires additional time. The stylist will do their best to communicate the need for additional time when it becomes apparent it’s necessary.

Yes. The estimated cost for a specific service is available on each stylist’s booking page.

Sway Salon uses Davines Professional products for hair services. Sway Salon also sells Davines products for at home care. Items can be purchased in salon or at our online store.

Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will not be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations 48 hours or less from the appointment may be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the estimated service fee.
